Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 April 2026

These terms govern your use of FitTrack. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear and fair.

1. The service

FitTrack is a personal health and calorie tracking application. It helps you log food, track activity, and monitor health metrics. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Your account

3. Subscription and payment

FitTrack costs £5 per month. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Your data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data, including your rights to access, correct, and delete it.

6. Health disclaimer

FitTrack provides calorie estimates generated by AI. These are approximations and may not be accurate for all foods. The app is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, particularly if you have a medical condition.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep FitTrack running reliably but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. iMessage logging

The iMessage logging feature uses Apple's Messages app to receive food log entries. By enabling this feature, you agree that messages sent to the FitTrack Apple ID will be processed and stored as food log entries. Standard iMessage usage policies apply.

9. Intellectual property

FitTrack and all associated software, design, and content is owned by the service operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
